The Ondo State School of Nursing, Akure invites applications from qualified candidates for admission into the institution for October 2015 Academic Session.
COURSE DURATION
Three (3) Years
ENTRY QUALIFICATION
Five (5) Credits including English Language, Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Mathematics at not more than Two (2) sittings. (NECO and WASSC results combination is acceptable). AWAITING RESULT CANDIDATES ARE NOT QUALIFIED.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
1) Interested candidates are to pay the sum of N8,000.00 (Eight thousand naira) only into;

2) Submit a copy of your payment teller to the Bursar at the school premises and obtain the school receipt and scratch card.
3) Visit the school e-portal at www.sonak.org
4) Fill in your data and relevant details required.
5) Scan and upload your recent passport photograph (Max. size 30kb).
6) Print a copy of acknowledgement and Exam Notification slip after successful completion of online application.
CLOSING DATE
Application ends Monday, 15th June, 2015.
ENTRANCE EXAM DATE & DETAILS
The entrance screening examination will take place on Saturday, 20th June, 2015 by 8:00 am PROMPT. Exam Venue will be contained in the Notification slip.
