Change of Name: UNILAG’s Dept of Chemical Engineering now Dept of Chemical & Petroleum Engineering

The Senate of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) has approved the change of name of the Department of Chemical Engineering in the institution to Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering.

The approval, issued at the Senate Meeting of January 28, 2015, followed the consideration of the recommendation of the Academic Planning Committee on the matter.
