UBTH School of Nursing Form 2015/16 is Out – Apply

The University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the School of Nursing in October 2015 for a three (3) year General Nursing Programme leading to the award of Registered Nurse Certificate (RN).

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidates must not be less than 18 years old at the point of resumption in October, 2015.
2. Qualification; five Credit passes obtained in not more than two sittings in (WASCE/GCE/NECO) in the following subjects, English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.

APPLICATION FORMS:
Applications forms can be obtained from the Office of the Deputy Director (Nursing Education/Principal).

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS:
Completed forms accompanied by evidence of payment of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira only) into “UBTH Training Schools” account in any of the branches of;
Fidelity Bank Plc nationwide
Account number: 5030047475
and four (4) recent coloured passport photographs (taken in the preceding two weeks) should be submitted to the Office of the Principal.

CLOSING DATE:
Submission of completed application forms ends on Monday, 27th July, 2015.

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION:
Date: Saturday 22nd August, 2015.
Time: 12Noon.
