The interview of students of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) School of Foundation Studies (2014/15 set) who desire to undertake the 5 year programme in Medicine in Soochow University, China; after the successful completion of the final Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) Examination, will hold as follows:
Date: Thursday, August 13, 2015
Time: 2:00pm
Venue: Foundation Office, UNILAG, Akoka.
Interested students must attend the interview along with their parents/guardians, after completing the commitment form for the programme via: http://unilag.edu.ng/pages.php?page=university-of-lagos-in-partnership-with-soochow-university-suzhou-p-r-china
The procedure is indicated below:
i. Log on the Foundation Portal with the Foundation Number as user name and surname as password;
ii. Click on Soochow University;
iii. Complete the commitment form and print out two copies
iv. Submit a copy to the Foundation Office and
v. Bring the second copy on interview date.
