UNIZIK Procedure for Obtaining Temporal I.D Card for NYSC

The authorities of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka wishes to inform all prospective corps members from the institution that they are to follow the procedures outlined below to obtain a temporary Identity Card for their National Youth Service year;
  1. Get an identification letter from your Head of Department,
  2. Pay the sum of N500 only at UBA,
  3. Proceed to Student Affairs Office with your teller and a passport to fill an I. D Card form.
