Unijos direct entry form 2015 is now available. The management of the University of Jos (UNIJOS) has announced the Direct Entry Screening Exercise details for 2015/2016 Academic Session admission.

ELIGIBILITY

 Only candidates who applied through JAMB for Direct Entry admission and chose University of Jos as their first choice are eligible for the screening exercise.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Candidates are to pay screening fee of two thousand naira (N2,000.00) only via the University of Jos website: >>http://mis.unijos.edu.ng/utme_portal<<

All payments shall be made online on or before February 12, 2016 using ATM Card (Verve or Master) of any bank operating in Nigeria via the University's website.

SCREENING DATE & DETAILS

• Unijos Direct Entry admission screening for the 2015/2016 shall take place from Monday, February 8, 2016 to Friday, February 12, 2016 at 9.00am each day.
• The screening exercise shall take place at the Board Rooms of the respective Faculties of applicants.
• Candidates must also come alone with evidence of payment of the screening fee of N2,000.

Fed poly unwana post Utme 2015 details announced. The Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana invites candidates who wrote the 2015 UTME and score 150 and above to apply for the Supplementary post-UTME screening exercise of the institution.

Candidates who wrote the UTME and scored 150 marks and above but did not make Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana their first choice are eligible to apply. Also candidates who participated in the first screening exercise but are not satisfied with their performance are welcome to re-apply.
The following programmes are available:

BUSINESS-BASED COURSES: Accountancy, BAM, Marketing , Public Admin, Office Tech and MGT.

SCIENCE-BASED COURSES: Electrical/Electronic Engr., Civil Engr., Mechanical Engr., Building Tech, Quantity Surveying, Ceramics, Computer Science, Maths/Statics, Science Lab. Tech. Food Tech., Hospitality Mgt. & Tourism, Architecture, Land Survey & Geoinformatics, Estate Mgt., Agric Tech., ND Landscaping & Horticulture.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
Applicants are required to buy the Institution’s Post-UTME on-line Application Form through E-transact pin from any of the designated banks’ branches listed below at the cost of N5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira) excluding bank and other charges.

Candidates should first visit the school website: www.polyunwana.net Under Application forms/Results, click on Online Application Forms. On the “Generate Invoice” page, fill in your detail ACCURATELY and click the “submit” button. Print the Invoice page that pops out. Proceed to the bank with the print-out and make your payment using the invoice code.

After payment, visit the institutions website at www.polyunwana.net to complete and submit the Online application form and print out an acknowledgement slip. Please, review your information before submitting your application online.

POST-UTME SCREENING DATE
The post UTME screening exercise will hold from December 3, 2015. VENUE: Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana.

REQUIREMENT FOR SCREENING EXERCISE

1. JAMB Original Slip.
2. Photocopy of Acknowledgement Slip.

DIRECT ENTRY
All Direct Entry candidates seeking admission into Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana are required to complete the on-line Application Forms. Direct Entry Forms are for HND Regular and Part-Time, Pre-ND Science and Business, ND Part-Time, ND Mechatronics Engineering Technology, ND Metallurgical Engineering Technology, ND Urban and Regional Planning, ND Library & Information Science, HND Architecture, (not listed in the brochure).
The candidates are required to purchase the pin at the cost of N5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira) only from the stated designated banks and proceed to complete all registration processes and print out Acknowledgement Slips for presentation at the screening venue.
HND candidates MUST submit photocopy of ND Result and 12 months cognate IT experience, in addition.

NOTE:
1. Calculators, handsets and other electronic gadgets are not allowed inside the screening halls.
2. Candidates who fail to register within the given period will not be allowed to take the examination.
3. Candidates are requested to present their UTME print-out/slips at the point of registration.
4. The screening will be by Computer Based Test (CBT).

The 2015/2016 Supplementary/Direct Entry (DE) Admission Registration Exercise of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) has been scheduled to commence on Tuesday, November 3 to Friday, November 6, 2015 and Monday, November 9 to Friday, November 13, 2015.

The screening exercise will hold at the University of Lagos, Auditorium Foyer from Tuesday, November 3 to Friday, November 6, 2015 and at the Multipurpose Halls B & C of University of Lagos from Monday, November 9 to Friday, November 13, 2015.

Subsequently, the Main Auditorium will serve as the venue from Monday, November 16 to Friday, November 20, 2015.

This is to inform all candidates who applied for Direct Entry admission into Bayero University, Kano (BUK), that there will be an online screening exercise from Monday, 14th September to Friday, 9th October, 2015.

Please note that only Candidates who applied through JAMB for Direct Entry Admission and chose Bayero University as their First Choice are eligible for the screening.

PROCEDURE FOR THE ON-LINE SCREENING
Step 1: Visit www.buk.edu.ng and click ‘Direct Entry Online Screening’ at the home page.

Login using your DE Number, Phone Number and email address.
Step 2: Personalised payment invoice will be sent immediately into your email inbox. Print it and go to any branch of the under -listed banks, nationwide to make a non-refundable payment of N2, 500, 00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira Only) being the cost of screening as well as Bank and Administrative charges.

Step 3: Return to www.buk.edu.ng and login to complete the screening. Note that applicants cannot complete the screening until their payment is processed and verified. Fill in the Personal Data (including a clear and recent passport photograph) and Results Verification forms and click ‘submit’.

NOTE that the photograph uploaded will be the only Valid ID for all admitted candidates throughout their stay in the University.

Step 4: An auto-generated Online Screening Acknowledgment Slip will be sent immediately into your email inbox. Print the Slip and keep it safe. The slip will be needed during the collection of admission letter and during registration.

NB: Payment at all Banks will be closed on Friday, 9th October, 2015.
The Portal for the ONLINE SCREENING will be closed by mid night on Sunday, 11th
October, 2015. Any candidate who fails to do the ON-LINE SCREENING will not be considered.

Uniben direct entry form 2015 is out. The University of Benin (UNIBEN) invites applications from candidates who applied through JAMB for Direct Entry Admission and chose the institution as First Choice to the 2015/2016 screening exercise.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
The procedure for the 2015/2016 POST UDE Entry screening application is as follows:
Candidates are advised to have a valid e-mail account before starting the application process. Visit www.uniben.edu Click on Student Portal. Click on POST-UDE Screening Test 2015/2016. Click on Register for application at the top left of the displayed page to proceed. Enter your Surname Exactly as written on the JAMB Registration slip, and JAMB Registration number. Immediately, your ID and Password will be displayed on the browser.

On uniben.waeup.org click on ‘Login’ (top right of the front page). Enter your username and the password to login. To start the application process, please click on ‘Application record’ and provide all required information and upload your passport photograph.

Upload a Recent and clear 1” x 1” COLOURED passport photograph with red background in JPEG format only. NOTE that the photograph uploaded will be the only valid ID for all admitted candidates throughout their stay in the University of Benin. FAILURE TO UPLOAD THE SPECIFIED PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH WILL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION and failure/forfeitures of admission.

To pay for the Application, click on “Add online payment ticket” at the bottom of the page, then click on “College Pay” on the top left corner of the page, follow the instruction to pay the application fee with an ATM-Enabled Verve or Master Card from any commercial Bank. A link is displayed ‘Download past questions to practice’.

Preview and confirm your information before submitting your application on-line.(No correction will be accepted after the closing date).

Print out an acknowledgement slip that contains the screening schedule.

SCREENING EXERCISE
The Screening Exercise will take place between 28th October, 2015 and 29th October, 2015 in designated centres within Ugbowo Campus of the University. The Screening Exercise shall be conducted using the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. All candidates are expected to be seated, latest one hour before the stipulated time for the screening exercise.
Candidate are to come to the screening centres with the following:
i. Acknowledgement slip that contains the screening schedule
ii. Four figure table (where applicable)
iii. Writing materials (HB pencil and Eraser).
Candidates should go back on-line on 25th September, 2015 to check for the venue and specific date and time for their Screening

CLOSING DATE
Application website closes by 24TH September, 2015 (i.e. all applications must be concluded online not later than 24th September, 2015). Candidates who pay after the deadline will not sit for the examination.

Imsu post utme form 2015 is out. The Imo State University (IMSU), Owerri wishes to inform all candidates who applied for admission into the institution for the 2015/2016 Academic Session that the post-UTME application has commenced.

ELIGIBILITY
i. Only candidates who chose the institution as their FIRST CHOICE and scored 180 and above in the 2015 UTME are eligible to apply.
ii. All direct entry candidates who wish to be considered for admission into Imo State University, Owerri for the 2015/2016 academic session, who must have obtained Direct Entry Form from JAMB are also eligible and must apply for the screening tests.
However, these applicants are EXEMPTED from writing Post UTME Screenung tests but must register online.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
Candidates are to login to the IMSU website (www.imsu.edu.ng) and click on the POST UTME APPLICATION Link to GENERATE PAYMENT INVOICE using their JAMB Registration number.
Print the invoice and proceed to any of the under-listed banks and pay the sum of N6,000 (Six thousand naira) only which covers registration, screening, CBT/Portal charges and result checking.
After payment, the bank will give you a print-out of your payment receipt with an e-tranzact pin number. Return to the IMSU website and click again on the POST UTME REGISTRATION portal link to Register with your e-tranzact pin number.
BANKS INVOLVED IN THE e-TRANZACT: Access Bank, Diamond Bank, Zenith Bank, First Bank, Skye Bank, FCMB, IMSU Micro Finance Bank.

SCREENING DATE & DETAILS
The Computer Based Test (CBT) Screening exercise will commence on Wednesday 2nd September and end on Saturday 12th September, 2015.

VENUES: (a) IMSU ICT Centre.
(b) University Library
(c) Shell Computer Centre
(d) Faculty of Law e-Library (all within the Owerri Campus of the University).
The Examination days and time are as shown on the online registration print-out.

NOTE:
1) Impersonation is a serious offence and anyone caught will be handed over to the law enforcement agents.
2) Any candidate who fails to take part in the screening exercise automatically loses his or her chance of being considered for admission.
3) GSM Handsets, Calculators or any other extraneous material must NOT be brought into the screening venue. such material if confiscated will not be returned.
4) Candidates are required to come to the screening centre with their 2015/2016 original UTME result slip showing the candidate’s photograph.
